Shipping Policies

We insure all items. When your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Sunday.  Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for order fulfillment. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take 5-7 business days to fulfill, while 'pre-order' styles can take up to four weeks. 

As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. 

Once an order has been fulfilled we are unable to make any changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date. 

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping in the US, Canada, UK and Australia.  To enjoy free shipping on eligible orders, please select “Free Standard Shipping” at checkout.

What is Our Return Policy?

Returns and Refunds: We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience, but if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion jewelry purchase, you may request a return and refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided below.

Eligibility for Returns: In order to be eligible for a return, the fashion jewelry item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to earrings (for hygiene reasons), personalized or custom-made jewelry, and sale or clearance items. Please ensure that you carefully review the product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

Return Process:
    • Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fraggather.com. Provide them with your order number, item details, and the reason for your return.
    • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
    • Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
    • Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with our return policy. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
